OH MY UGANDA

Uganda's government is trying to deal with rebels formation within her and in the  neighbours like kenya. But what's interesting is opposition groups thinks they shouldn't be tried in the martial court since they're not soldiers. ... ( How and when can a civilian  find himself or herself in court martial? )
